Step 1: Connect Foundingbird
Add our MCP server URL to ChatGPT, Claude or Grok and sign in with your Foundingbird account. New here? You can create one during sign-in.
Step 2: Tell your assistant what you need
Ask in plain language. The assistant asks the right questions, checks prices and requirements, and prepares a draft application for you.
Step 3: Review, sign and pay in the portal
Verify your identity, upload documents, eSign and pay in your Foundingbird portal. Our team takes it from there and files with SSM.

Connect Foundingbird to Claude
- Open Claude and go to Customize, then Connectors.
- Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Foundingbird and paste the server URL above.
- Click Add, then Connect, and sign in with your Foundingbird account.
Works on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the mobile apps once added. Free plans can add one custom connector. On Team or Enterprise, an owner first adds it under Organization settings, then Connectors.
Connect Foundingbird to ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT settings, turn on Developer mode.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, click +, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Foundingbird, paste the server URL above and choose OAuth.
- Confirm the warning, create it, and sign in with your Foundingbird account.
- In a new chat, pick Foundingbird from the tools menu or type @Foundingbird.
Custom MCP servers need a paid ChatGPT plan and are added on the web. Your workspace admin may need to allow them.
Connect Foundingbird to Grok
- Go to grok.com/connectors.
- Click New Connector, then Custom.
- Paste the server URL above and sign in with your Foundingbird account.
- Ask Grok to use Foundingbird in your next chat.
On Grok Business or Enterprise, an admin has to set up the connector first.

What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Grok connect to outside services. Our MCP server lets your assistant check prices, prepare applications and look up your company's compliance status with Foundingbird on your behalf.
Can I really incorporate a Sdn Bhd from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Your assistant collects the company name, directors, shareholders, share capital and business activity, and creates a draft incorporation application in your Foundingbird portal. You then verify your identity, sign and pay in the portal, and we file with SSM. Incorporation takes about 3 working days on average.

The MCP server is free. You only pay for the services you order, at the same prices as our published price list: Sdn Bhd incorporation is RM1,599 including the government fee, and company secretary plans start at RM99 per month, billed annually. All prices exclude SST.
Can I switch my existing company secretary through my AI assistant?
Yes. Tell your assistant you want to switch to Foundingbird. It collects your company details and your current secretary's contact, and creates a switch request. We prepare the resolution, contact your current provider and handle the SSM filings, usually within a few working days.
Is my data safe?
Your assistant connects through OAuth with your Foundingbird account, so it never sees your password and you can revoke access at any time. Identity verification, document uploads, eSignatures and payments only happen in the Foundingbird portal, never in the chat.
Which AI assistants are supported?
ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, plus any other client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth. Use the server URL https://portal.foundingbird.com/mcp.
Can I make company changes like adding a director or transferring shares?
Company changes are coming soon to the MCP server. Until then, request them in your Foundingbird portal or message our team on WhatsApp.
Do I need to be a Foundingbird customer already?
No. Anyone can get quotes and use the calculators. To incorporate a company or switch your company secretary, you'll sign in or create a free Foundingbird account when your assistant asks you to connect.
