A few important things before you apply
- ▸Cases are evaluated individually. We don't take on every applicant — we review your business activity, ownership, and intended use of the company before agreeing to act.
- ▸RM5,000 refundable deposit is required. Held in trust to cover statutory liabilities while we act as your resident director, returned in full once we step down.
- ▸The nominee director is appointed in addition to the founder/owner — you remain fully in control of the company.
- ▸Service is paid annually with a minimum 6-month term. Unused months are refundable on exit.
- ▸All fees exclusive of SST, inclusive of disbursements.

Which plan should I pick?
If your company is active — making changes, raising funds, hiring — go with Complete Coverage. The included changes more than pay for the price difference.
If your company is dormant or you don't expect changes, Compliance Only is the cheapest fully-compliant option on the market.
We don't hide our real fees. Everyone else does.
Most cosec firms quote a low monthly fee, then surprise you with mandatory filings billed separately throughout the year. We don't. Here's the actual annual cost compared to two well-known providers.

Why such a difference in what's included?
Maintaining a Sdn Bhd is more than appointing a company secretary. You're required to file annual returns, maintain registries, appoint auditors, and so on. These exercises happen regardless of whether the customer requests them. We believe it's only fair to show the true cost up front, instead of a low sticker price followed by surprise invoices later in the year.

Common questions about our prices, contracts, and what's included.
Are these prices final?
Yes — for the services listed. Prices are exclusive of SST (currently 8% on services). Disbursements like SSM filing fees, printing and runner charges are already included where applicable. Stamp duties on share transfers are payable by the customer.
Do you have any contracts or lock-in periods?
No. Cosec and accounting plans are paid annually, but unused months are refundable if you leave. Nominee director has a 6-month minimum, also refundable for unused months.
How do you compare to other cosec firms?
On sticker price we're slightly more expensive than the cheapest options. On total annual cost, we're typically 30–60% cheaper because we include all mandatory filings. See the comparison table above for the math against Bossboleh and Altomate.
What's included in the RM1,599 incorporation fee?
The RM1,010 SSM government fee, document preparation and submission, certificate of incorporation, statutory documents, name search, LHDN tax registration, e-KYC and e-signatures, set-up of one corporate bank account, and step-by-step onboarding.
Do I need a nominee director?
Only if none of the directors of your Sdn Bhd ordinarily reside in Malaysia. If at least one director has a Malaysian residential address, you don't need a nominee.
Do I need a virtual office?
Only if you don't have a Malaysian residential or commercial address. The registered address doesn't have to be a commercial property — a residential address works fine.
How long does incorporation take?
3 working days on average, depending on the number of directors/shareholders and the complexity of the case.
Can I do this from outside Malaysia?
Yes. Everything is digital — e-KYC, electronic signatures, online bank account opening (where eligible). You don't need to visit Malaysia or our office.
What if I need a service that's not on this list?

How often do prices change?
We review pricing once a year. Existing customers keep their current rate as long as they remain on their plan. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page is your source of truth.
