Just your company details and your existing secretary's contact information, which you enter in the client portal in a few minutes. We take care of the official notification and paperwork. No need to contact your current provider yourself: we handle everything, including SSM filings and document preparation.
How long does it take to switch company secretary provider?
Your part takes a few minutes: submit the transfer request in the client portal. We then prepare the documents, contact your existing secretary and handle the SSM filings, with no interruption to your business.
My compliance is not up to date, can you help?
Yes! We can help get your company's compliance matters up to date, including outstanding filings and secretarial records. Our team will review your compliance status and advise on any steps needed to regularise your records with SSM, so you can get back on track. Do be aware that there may be compounds from SSM for late filings.
My company is incorporated before 2016, can I use Foundingbird?
Yes, you can! We assist companies incorporated under the old Companies Act as well. Some additional updates or document conversions may be required, but our team will guide you through the process so you can benefit from our digital secretarial services.
