Who can incorporate a Sdn Bhd?
To incorporate a Sdn Bhd, you need to have at least one director who is 18 years old, residing in Malaysia, and is not bankrupt.
If you are a foreigner who is not residing in Malaysia, you will need to partner with at least 1 director who resides in Malaysia OR use our nominee director service to incorporate your company.
What are the documents I need to get started?
We just need your NRIC or Passport (foreigners) and a document proofing your residential address for identity verification! That's all. We will ask you the right questions and prepare all necessary documents for filing with SSM.
Have a company as shareholder? This is what we need:
- Company profile of the corporate shareholder (i.e. Acra Bizfile for Singapore Private Limited)
- Board resolution / letter appointing a corporate representative
How long does it take to get the company incorporated?
Generally it takes anywhere between 2-5 working days, depending on how quickly we can get our questions answered and the signatures of all the parties involved. Worry not, everything is done digitally to make it as quick as possible.
Do you help with opening a bank account?
Absolutely! What is a business without bank account? You can open a bank account with any bank in Malaysia. We will assist you through the opening process, introduce you to the bankers (if it's our partner bank) and prepare all the documentation. The cost are included in your plan, so no extra fees for it either. We even recommend you open 2 bank accounts! It's on us, promise.
