Yes — for the services listed. Prices are exclusive of SST (currently 8% on services). Disbursements like SSM filing fees, printing and runner charges are already included where applicable. Stamp duties on share transfers are payable by the customer. ### Do you have any contracts or lock-in periods? No. Cosec plans are paid annually, but unused months are refundable if you leave. Nominee director has a 6-month minimum, also refundable for unused months. ### How do you compare to other cosec firms? On sticker price we're slightly more expensive than the cheapest options. On total annual cost, we're typically 30–60% cheaper because we include all mandatory filings.
